MMT Moisture Management Tester
面料的液态水份管理能力会直接影响到消费者在穿衣方面的舒适感觉。为了提高服装的舒适度,尤其是运动服,了解面料的液态水份管理能力至关重要。虽然目前有些测试方法可以简单测量织物的吸水性、穿透性与渗透时间,但现有标准却无法测量面料中水份的动态转移特性。
Fabric liquid moisture transport properties in multi-dimensions, called moisture management properties, influence the human perception of moisture sensations. To improve the comfort of today's clothing, especially in sportswear, it is important to know the liquid moisture management properties. Although some test methods exist for evaluating absorbency, wicking and strike-through time, existing standards are unable to measure the behavior of liquid transfer in clothing materials dynamically. The Moisture Management Tester (MMT) was developed to measure dynamic liquid transport properties of knit and woven fabrics in three dimensions.

1. 底层/表层浸湿时间Wetting Time Top/Bottom(WTT/WTB)
2. 底层/表层吸水速度Absorption Rate Top/Bottom(TAR/BAR)
3. 底层/表层大浸湿半径Maximum Wetted Radius Top/Bottom(MWRt/MWRb)
4. 底层/表层液体水份扩散速度Spreading Speed Top/Bottom(TSS/BSS)
5. 积累单向传递能力Accumulative One-Way Transport Capacity(R)
6. 整体液态水份管理能力Overall Moisture Management Capacity(OMMC)
7.外形尺寸Dimensions(L x W x H): 210X320X250mm
